Boxclever Consulting

Boxclever Marketing Intelligence Limited (“Boxclever”, or “we” or “us”) are committed to creating an accessible and inclusive online experience for all users, regardless of their background or abilities.

We strive to create a website that is free from discrimination and actively promotes diversity in content and design, adhering to web accessibility standards to ensure everyone can engage with our online platform

Across the website, we work to the following EDI principles:

  • We are inclusive in every aspect of what we show and how we behave online, avoiding discrimination based on protected characteristics like age, disability, gender, race, religion, and sexual orientation,
  • We actively promoting diverse representation in our website content
  • We work hard to ensure the navigation experience is user-friendly for people with disabilities.

Accessible Design:

We have designed the website to adhere to web accessibility standards (WCAG) as much as possible to ensure the website is usable for people with visual impairments, hearing difficulties, cognitive disabilities, and motor impairments.

This includes the use of appropriate alt text for images, clear headings, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard navigation options, and compatibility with assistive technologies.

Diverse Representation:

On the website we intentionally feature a variety of individuals in our content, including images, videos, and case studies, to reflect the diversity of Boxclever’s audience and community.

We avoid stereotypes and ensure inclusive language across all website content.

Feedback Mechanism:

We have a clear process for users of the website to provide feedback on accessibility issues or concerns regarding representation directly to our design team. If you have comments you would like to share, please get in touch via info@boxcleverconsulting.com. We will engage with all comments and work through all ideas to drive continual improvement.

Monitoring and Review:

We will regularly review the website's accessibility and inclusivity to identify areas for improvement and implement updates accordingly.
