Survey Prize Draw

  1. Only one entry per person permitted.
  2. Number of winners is as specified in the email invitation to participate.
  3. Draw will be made no later than 28 days after the survey closing date
  4. The winner(s) of the prize draw will be the first entries drawn at random from valid entries.
  5. The winner will be notified by email within seven days after the draw.
  6. The winner will have fourteen days from receipt of the email with which to reply and confirm their success; otherwise a different winner will be chosen at random from the remaining valid entries who will also need to reply within fourteen days to confirm their success.
  7. The prize is as specified in the participation invite email 
  8. The winner(s) will receive their prize within thirty days of the prize draw date.
  9. The name and county of the winner will be available within one week of the draw having been made by writing to the promoter at the address shown in paragraph 18.
  10. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed for any reason.
  11. The prize is not transferable.
  12. Entry into the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  13. The promoter's decision on any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  15. The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of the same or higher value, where it becomes necessary to do so.
  16. The prize winner(s) must be prepared to take part in all publicity related to the promotion.
  17. Individual responses you have provided to the survey questions will be used for market research purposes. The personal details you have provided, such as your name, will only be used for the administration of the prize draw, including our requirement to make the identity of the winners available.
  18. The promoter of the prize draw is Boxclever Limited, Victoria Wharf, 4 The Embankment, Sovereign Street, LS1 4BA.
